Yalda Sharif is a Psychological Associate with over 13 years of experience providing mental health services to diverse populations across the lifespan, working with clients from early childhood (age 5 and above) through adulthood. Her clinical work is informed by a culturally responsive framework, strengthened by her experience supporting immigrant communities in Canada. Yalda has worked with a wide range of psychological concerns, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, autism spectrum disorder, and borderline personality disorder, with particular expertise in working with children and adolescents. In her work with younger clients, she incorporates developmentally appropriate modalities such as sandplay therapy, art therapy, and bibliotherapy to support emotional expression and regulation.
