Associate Marriage and Family Therapist
Shianne Grindland, MA
Associate Marriage and Family Therapist
My name is Shianne Dzvonick- Grindland and I have been practicing therapy and working for Family Psychological Services for about 3 years. I specialize in children and adolescents, with an emphasis in ADHD and Autism. I use a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach in my practice, which means we will work to identify how your thinking patterns are influencing your behavior, which in turn are influencing your emotions. I also use Psychodynamic theory to see how your past is influencing your present and will continue to influence your future.
I graduated from the University of California- Riverside with my Bachelor’s in Psychology and a minor in Education and then from Pepperdine University with my Master’s in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. Currently, I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist working towards my hours for licensure. I look forward to working with you!
