My style is authentic, approachable, humorous, and heartfelt. I want you to have a reflective outlet where you feel entirely accepted so that you can cultivate your challenges and build tangible skills to help you I’d appreciate it if you could meet your goals.
I use a variety of therapeutic techniques and approaches, including an integrative and holistic approach, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing and trauma-informed, experiential and person-centered techniques to treat the whole person and ensure that what is done in therapy is personalized, collaborative, and unique to you as a patient.
I have worked with adolescent and adult patients and their families in various settings, including residential treatment, crisis stabilization, and community-based counseling. I graduated from Capella University in 2021 and attained my Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, specializing in Applied Research. I have obtained candidacy as a PhD Associate Clinical Psychologist. This enabled me to continue my clinical work treating patients with co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders
Embracing this led to my passion for working with individuals who have experienced trauma to reconnect with themselves and regain a sense of empowerment. I feel honored and grateful when people allow me to be a part of their healing process. I look forward to being a part of your journey!
