Registered Associate Clinical Social Worker

Bryce Brinkman, ACSW / MSW

Registered Associate Clinical Social Worker
Bryce brings a friendly, compassionate, and collaborative approach to therapy, taking time to understand each client’s unique experiences and what matters most to them. He wants clients to feel comfortable being themselves and talking openly, without pressure to have everything figured out. Together, he helps clients build on their strengths, work through challenges, and move forward with greater confidence and a sense of direction.
He works with children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, stress, relationship difficulties, men’s issues, and other personal challenges. He helps clients manage emotional and behavioral difficulties, develop healthy coping skills, and make meaningful changes in their everyday lives.
His therapeutic approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). He tailors sessions to each client’s needs and goals, emphasizing collaboration, practical tools, and personal growth. Bryce provides services under clinical supervision, with both in-person and online appointments available.
He recognizes that starting therapy can bring nervousness or uncertainty. He meets clients where they are, helping them better understand their thoughts, emotions, and experiences while working together toward meaningful, lasting change.
