Antuela Guynes, MSN, PMHNP-BC

Antuela Guynes is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized mental health care. With a Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University and a strong background in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatry, Antuela brings clinical expertise and a warm, patient-centered approach to every session.

Antuela works with individuals across the lifespan to evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia and trauma-related disorders. She specializes in psychiatric medication management and collaborative treatment planning, taking the time to understand each patient’s unique experiences and needs. Her approach integrates evidence-based care with a deep respect for the individual, aiming to foster healing, resilience, and long-term well-being.

With prior experience in emergency psychiatry, geriatric mental health, and multidisciplinary collaboration, Antuela is known for her attentive care, clear communication, and commitment to helping patients navigate their mental health journey. She is passionate about reducing stigma, educating patients and families, and supporting each person’s path toward stability and growth.
